What this site is

Imgyard provides free image tools that run inside your web browser. There is no account, no subscription, and no payment. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your files stay yours

You keep all rights to every image you process here. We claim nothing, receive nothing, and store nothing. The tools operate entirely on your device.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having the right to use the images you process. Do not use this site to process material you are not permitted to handle, or for anything unlawful.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overwhelm it, or interfere with other people's use of it.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without any warranty. Image processing is lossy by nature, browsers differ, and devices run out of memory. Results may not always be what you expected.

Keep your original files. Never use this site — or any tool — as the only copy of something you cannot replace. Always work from a copy and keep the original safe.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including lost or corrupted files, missed deadlines, or any indirect or consequential loss. Since the service is free and your files never reach us, you use it at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be signed away. If you are a consumer in the UK, the EU, or anywhere with comparable protections, those rights are unaffected by anything written here.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, without notice. Tools may be added or removed.

Third-party code

This site includes open-source libraries — jsPDF, Mozilla's pdf.js, MozJPEG, and heic-to, which bundles libheif and libde265. All of them are served from this domain rather than from an outside network. They are maintained by their own authors, not by us, and are governed by their own licences. The full notices, and where to obtain the source, are on the licences page.

The site is hosted on and delivered through Cloudflare, as described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and a material change will be described on this page rather than made quietly. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it — but a change cannot apply retrospectively to something you did before it was published.
