This is a site run by one person, not a company. That person is the data controller for the limited processing described in the privacy policy, and is the right contact for any question about it.

Reporting a problem

If a tool mishandled your file, these four details make it fixable instead of a guess:

Which tool, and which settings you chose
The file type and roughly how large it was
Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on iPhone"
What you expected, and what happened instead

Please do not attach the image itself unless we ask. The whole point of this site is that we never see your files, and that should hold for support too. A description is almost always enough.

Suggesting a tool

Suggestions are welcome, especially specific ones. "A tool that resizes for passport photos" is something we can build; "more features" is not.

One constraint worth knowing: everything here must run inside the browser. Anything requiring a server to do the work does not fit, however useful it might be.

Legal and copyright

For copyright, legal or privacy matters, use the same address and mark the subject line clearly so it is not missed. Requests under data protection law, and requests for the source of the open-source libraries listed on the licences page, go to the same place.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a file you have lost. Nothing is stored here — once your browser tab closes, whatever it was holding is gone, and there is no copy anywhere for us to retrieve.
